Ukrainian company Fire Point is entering the European rocket fuel market

6 April 09:21

The Ukrainian defense company Fire Point plans to set up production of solid rocket fuel for European countries in Denmark.

This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing Berlingske.

The plan involves scaling up production capacity at a new plant currently under construction in Denmark near the Skjærbæk Air Base in South Jutland. The project is being implemented in cooperation with the NATO country, which was the first to open the door for Ukrainian defense production on its territory.

The company notes that the project aims to address the shortage of production capacity in Europe and ensure a stable supply of critical components for missile technology.

The decision to locate the production facility has already sparked a political reaction from Russia, as well as concerns among some local residents in the region where construction is underway.

The Fire Point plant is seen as one of the first examples of the localization of Ukrainian defense production in a NATO country with the potential to scale up to the European market.
