On the night of 18 September, an unmanned aerial vehicle attacked an ammunition depot in Russia’s Tver region, according to "Komersant Ukrainian" reports citing a number of media outlets and Telegram channels.

The drone attacked the arsenal in the town of Toropets in Tver Oblast, near the border with Belarus.

The explosions began at around 3am local time and are still going on. The explosions were so powerful that video footage shows a blast wave, and some nearby residents had blood coming out of their ears.

According to some reports, the warehouse contains missiles for S-300, S-400, Grad, Iskander systems, as well as North Korean KN23 missiles.

The local governor announced the evacuation of the town.

The Volcano Discovery website reports that 17 earthquakes with a magnitude of more than 2 points have been recorded near Toropets over the past 24 hours, the largest of which was 2.8 points.
