Ukrainian innovators in the field of artificial intelligence, robotics, biotechnology, and electronics can receive a $10,000 grant to develop their hardware products. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

This opportunity is provided by the new program Deep Tech Accelerator: Hardware Edition, created to support early-stage startups.

What is this program?

The initiative is supported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and industry partners.

For four months, the selected teams will work with leading mentors, attend practical workshops and lectures, and improve their prototypes to the level of finished products.

The accelerator aims to support hardware startups that combine AI, machine learning, smart robotics, IoT, greentech, biotech, and other deep technologies.

What participants will receive

A $10,000 grant for product development of the winning teams.

Mentorship from engineers, entrepreneurs, and specialists from leading hardware companies.

Support in certification, production, and commercialization of the technology.

Practical sessions on product optimization and business competence development.

Who can apply

The program is looking for 10 teams that will work with top mentors and industry experts for four months, learn in practical workshops, and develop prototypes into finished products.

Who can join:

  • Early-stage hardware and deep tech startups: teams with a ready-made prototype or MVP developing solutions in AI and ML, smart robotics, dual-use, IoT, electronics, aerospace, greentech, biotech, agritech, etc.
  • Technology founders and engineers-entrepreneurs: specialists in hardware, embedded systems, or manufacturing who are looking to strengthen their business competencies and find investors.
  • Scientists and researchers: teams from universities and laboratories that have a proven technology and want to launch it as a commercial product.

When the accelerator will take place

The program will take place from January to April 2026 in a mixed format – online and offline in Kyiv.
Participants will be able to present their solutions to potential investors, partners, and representatives of tech companies.
