Ukrainian startup Himera has entered the global market and secured a supplier in the United States. This was announced on the startup’s Facebook page, Komersant ukrainskyi https://www.komersant.info/ reports.

“Our partner has become the American defence technology company Reticulate Micro , which provides reliable and stable communication in any environment,”

– the statement reads.

The companies have entered into an exclusive distribution agreement and Reticulate will now become a supplier of Himera tactical communications systems in the United States and for key global government customers.

HIMERA is a universal communication system for use in civilian and emergency situations. The developers claim that it is resistant to EW attacks thanks to its PFRT (pseudo random frequency hopping) technology. The system can be easily set up via Bluetooth via a smartphone without the need to learn specialised software.

The radios create a MANET-like network that supports data delivery even in the absence of a direct connection. At the same time, all stations in the network operate with IFR and encryption, just as they would in direct mode.

The system is actively used at the frontline and receives positive feedback from Ukrainian soldiers.
