In physical terms, sales amounted to almost 1.3 billion packs, which is only 1% more than in the previous year.
At the same time, sales in dollar terms increased by 8% and reached USD 4.8 billion. IN US DOLLARS, SALES GREW BY 8% AND REACHED USD 4.8 BILLION.
Analysis of sales dynamics
The increase in pharmacy sales in monetary terms was observed in all categories of the “pharmacy basket”. At the same time, a decline was recorded for medicines in physical terms (-0.9%).

The highest growth rates were demonstrated by dietary supplements: their sales in monetary terms increased by 28% and in volume terms by 13%. The share of dietary supplements in the overall market structure continues to grow, reaching 11.2% in monetary terms and 8.9% in volume terms.
In December 2024, the Verkhovna Rada adopted Draft Law No. 11389 on the regulation of the circulation of food supplements. Its implementation may affect the further growth dynamics of this segment.
