Ukrkolorprom went under the hammer. How much was the state-owned enterprise sold for and to whom?

A state asset in Dnipro was sold at a record price. The State Property Fund of Ukraine declared Sanders Loft LLC the winner of the auction, which offered 13 million hryvnias for the property complex of the state-owned enterprise Ukrkolorprom.
The results of the auction were announced on the Prozorro. Sale platform and by the State Property Fund, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
The starting price of the property was only 21,300 hryvnia excluding VAT. However, during the auction, a fierce battle unfolded between seven participants, which led to a sharp increase in the price.
“Seven participants competed for the lot. During the auction, the price increased more than 600 times: from the starting price of 21,349 hryvnias to the winning price of 13 million hryvnias,” the State Property Fund reported.
The State Property Fund also noted that the buyer must pay an additional 2.6 million hryvnia in VAT, so the total economic effect of the privatization will be about 15.6 million hryvnia.
According to the report, after full payment for the lot, including VAT, the new owner will receive the property complex of Ukrkolorprom, consisting of administrative and non-residential buildings, production premises with a total area of 1,370.4 square meters, as well as eight units of movable property (equipment, inventory, etc.) and a 2009 car.
The complex is located in Dnipro and has potential for further commercial use or redevelopment.
Sanders Loft is registered in Kharkiv and specializes in the wholesale trade of pharmaceutical products. Its ultimate beneficiary is Yalik Hechoyan.
Earlier, in August 2025, Sanders Loft LLC won an auction for the privatization of 100% of the property complex of the state-owned enterprise Ukrainian Scientific and Technical Center for the Metallurgical Industry Energosteel in Kharkiv with a bid of UAH 600 million at a starting price of UAH 10.47 million.
However, the winner refused to sign the auction results protocol, and the auction was therefore declared invalid.
