Ukrposhta is selling real estate across Ukraine: 40 properties are up for auction

Ukrposhta has announced a large-scale sale of non-residential real estate: the company has put up for auction more than 40 properties with a total area of more than 30,000 m² worth almost UAH 350 million. This is according to Prozorro.Sale data, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

What is up for sale

The list includes both individual premises and large complexes of buildings in different regions of Ukraine.

Among the most expensive lots:

  • Rivne, Pryvokzalna Square – starting price UAH 26 million;
  • Rivne, Vyacheslav Chornovil Street – over UAH 20 million;
  • Rivne, Marko Vovchok Street – over UAH 20 million.

Among the most expensive lots were those in Ivano-Frankivsk and Volyn region: a building on Pryvokzalna Street was valued at almost UAH 20 million, a complex in Mykytynetskyi Lane at UAH 18.3 million, and a complex of buildings in Lutsk at almost UAH 18 million.

Geography of the auctions

The sale covers almost the entire country:

  • Western regions – Zakarpattia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk;
  • Central and southern regions;
  • Large cities – Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih, Mykolaiv, Kherson;
  • Small settlements.

The cheapest property is a part of a building in the village of Zhdeniyevo, Zakarpattia region, with an area of 69.6 m², with a starting price of UAH 408,000.

What else Ukrposhta sells

This is not the company’s first step in auction sales.

In 2024, the company started selling undelivered parcels that had been in storage for more than six months. They are formed into lots of 100 pieces and sold without disclosing the contents.

In May 2025, the company launched a service for the quick return of parcels that were not picked up by recipients.
