“Ukrtransbezpeka” has revoked the licenses of 21 carriers: which regions are leading the list

Between March 23 and 27, 2026, the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety revoked the licenses of 21 carriers in their entirety. The basis for this decision was an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Organizations regarding the state registration of the termination of their activities.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing a statement from ” Ukrtransbezpeka.”
The relevant orders of the service regarding the suspension of licenses have been published on the official website. These are Order No. 627 dated March 24, 2026, and Order No. 649 dated March 26, 2026.
The largest number of revoked licenses pertains to international freight transport by truck, excluding the transport of dangerous goods and hazardous waste—12 cases. Next are domestic passenger transportation by taxi—5 licenses—and domestic passenger transportation by passenger cars on demand—3 licenses.
By region, the highest number of revoked licenses was recorded in Kharkiv Oblast—4. Kyiv Oblast ranks second with 3 cases, and Volyn Oblast third with 2.
It is noted separately that some of the data pertains to licensees whose information has not been updated in the Unified Comprehensive Information System. This category also includes passenger transportation by taxi, private cars on demand, bus transportation, and international freight transportation.
In total, the decision concerns 21 carriers and was adopted in connection with the termination of their state registration.
