The park covers an area of more than 11 hectares of industrial land, where it is planned to locate enterprises in six areas – from the production of building materials to alternative energy.

What industries will be invested in

According to the Ministry, Phoenix will host companies specializing in:

  • production of building materials and wood
  • manufacturing of household appliances;
  • machine building for the agro-industrial complex;
  • woodworking
  • chemical industry;
  • development of alternative energy.

The initiator is Phoenix Valley of Innovations LLC.

uAH 474 million of investments

The total amount of investments in the development of the industrial park is estimated at UAH 474.3 million, of which:

  • uAH 200 million – loan funds;
  • uAH 155 million – contributions from potential participants;
  • uAH 60 million – state incentives;
  • uAH 59.3 million – funds of the initiator.

The government estimates that the project will create up to 500 new jobs and contribute to the growth of the processing industry and the region’s export potential.

Updating the register of industrial parks

As of October 2025, 107 industrial parks were included in the Register in Ukraine, but this year 8 have already been removed, and about 20 more non-operating facilities are being prepared for removal.

The Ministry of Economy explains these changes by cleaning up the system and focusing on those parks that actually attract investors and create jobs.
