New types of queues have been added to eCheck: what has changed for drivers

12 June 12:36

The electronic queuing system “eCheck” for crossing the state border continues to be improved. It covers all licensed vehicles – trucks and buses – and operates at all checkpoints in Ukraine. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.

The goal of the initiative is to provide drivers with the opportunity to plan trips in advance, avoid physical queues, and reduce the burden on border infrastructure.

The project team recently updated the names of the queues in the system to make them more understandable for users. The new designations allow users to find the right route faster and avoid confusion, especially when registering trucks with different weights.

The updates should make using the service easier and more intuitive.

The updated queue names are already available in the “Workload” section of the official eCheck website. Also, for the convenience of drivers, a separate document has been prepared with all types of queues available for online registration.

The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ukrtransbezpeka, the State Agency for Infrastructure Recovery and Development, and the State Customs and Border Guard Services.
