Soviet and imperial monuments are being dismantled in Odesa: which ones

The Odesa City Council has allocated funds for the demolition of 19 monuments in the city related to the Russian Empire and Russia. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the city council session held on December 4.
UAH 200 thousand was allocated for the development of documentation for dismantling, removal and transfer.
They will be spent on dismantling the following monuments and monuments:
- monument to scientist Viktor Glushko;
- a monument on the mass grave of the Red Guards who died in the struggle for the establishment of Soviet power in Odesa in January 1918;
- a commemorative column to Emperor Alexander II in honor of the foundation of the park;
- a monument to the partisan and intelligence officer Zoya Kosmodemianska;
- a bust of Marshal Rodion Malinowski;
- a monument to General Chernyakhovsky;
- a monument to pilot Valery Chkalov;
- a monument to the writer Isaac Babel;
- the wall of the Chekists;
- monuments to the Russian poet Alexander Pushkin;
- a monument to the Komsomol members of Odesa region.
Documents for the design of dismantling, removal, and relocation of the monuments are to be ordered by the end of 2024.
