Advisor to the head of the Presidential Office Mykhailo Podolyak said that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy would not present all the details of the victory plan in the Verkhovna Rada, in particular, he would not talk about the “annexes of the document”. Podolyak said this on the air of the United News telethon, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“There are appendices that will certainly not be publicly discussed. This is everything that concerns the mathematical part, that is, how many weapons, in what form, should be provided to Ukraine,” the OP adviser said.

Podolyak said that the victory plan is “the logic of this stage of the war” and its end.

“The war can be ended only by making Russia realise what will happen next,” Podolyak said.

It should be noted that Zelenskyy will present the Victory Plan in the Verkhovna Rada on Wednesday, 16 October.

Earlier, Zelenskyy said that the Victory Plan is designed to strengthen Ukraine, and one of its points includes Ukraine’s accession to NATO and future membership.

Earlier, Zelenskyy met with US President Joe Biden at the White House. He spoke about his presentation of a victory plan to Biden. The leaders coordinated their positions on the initiative, and now the next steps are being prepared for its implementation.

Kommersant UkrainianKomersant.Info has been looking into what the secret document actually contains and whether it will be presented to the aggressor country.

The President’s Office noted that some of the positions in the Victory Plan are “sensitive” and therefore need to be kept secret.
