Wheat is getting more expensive in Ukraine: prices are gradually rising

In Ukraine, the wheat sector saw a slight increase in prices last week.

This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to APK-Inform.

According to the publication, the insufficiently active supply of grain due to restraint of sales by farmers and rather active demand of domestic and export-oriented companies supported prices. Also, the gradual increase in prices was influenced by the corresponding dynamics in the export market of wheat.

Prices for wheat of grades 2 and 3 were mainly fixed in the range of 9600-10700 UAH/t and 9400-10400 UAH/t CPT, respectively, and for feed wheat – in the range of 8700-9800 UAH/t CPT.
