Ukraine may set up mobile territorial centers for recruitment and social support due to the constant threat of new Russian strikes. This was stated by a member of the National Security Committee and MP Fedir Venislavsky at a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

After a series of shelling of territorial recruitment and social support centers by Russia, Ukraine began discussing the possibility of creating mobile recruitment centers. Fedir Venislavsky said that the law does not oblige the TSCs to be located only in stationary buildings. This allows for the creation of mobile TCCs.

“I don’t see any problems in terms of regulatory and legal support. Because the law does not stipulate that TCCs and JVs should be located in clearly defined places,” Venislavsky said.

According to him, modern technologies allow to provide the necessary computer communication and access to databases, which makes the implementation of this option quite possible.

The MP noted that after the adoption of the law in 2023, which strengthens mobilization, territorial recruitment centers may also operate in a digital format. Their implementation requires a decision of the government or the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Modern technologies allow us to provide both computer communications and access to bases. Therefore, I do not see any problems in this,” the MP added.

Attacks on the TCC

Recently, Russian troops have intensified attacks on the TCC facilities in Ukraine. In particular, on July 6 and 7, 2025, Shahed drones hit the buildings of the TCC in Kremenchuk, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia, causing injuries and significant damage.

According to representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, such attacks are part of a targeted campaign against military enlistment offices, which includes not only physical attacks but also attempts to destabilize them through information provocations.
