11 April 15:36
As of the morning of April 11, electricity consumption in Ukraine is in line with the previous day. This is reported by NPC Ukrenergo in Telegram, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“Electricity consumption remains high. Today, on April 11, as of 9:30 a.m., it was the same as at this time on the previous day – on Thursday,” the statement said
In addition, in some regions, cloudy weather persists, which causes low efficiency of household solar power plants.
It is noted that in several regions, due to snow, sleet, and wind gusts, settlements are without electricity. Power engineers are working to connect all consumers as soon as possible.
The power system operator reminds that restoration work continues at energy infrastructure facilities after massive Russian attacks.
“Please use electricity sparingly today. Do not turn on several powerful electrical appliances at the same time from 8:00 to 21:00,” Ukrenergo’s press service said.
As of the morning of April 10, electricity consumption in Ukraine was 4.9% higher than the previous day.
According to DTEK Odesa Power Grids, 3,000 families in 12 settlements in Odesa region are currently without electricity due to strong winds.
“As of 9:00 a.m. on April 11, almost 3,000 families in 12 settlements remain without power,” the company said in a statement.
The company noted that during the day, power companies have already restored electricity to almost 21 thousand families in 75 settlements of the region.
