Registration of electronic offices for applicants has started in Ukraine

Starting today, July 1, the registration of electronic offices for admission to higher, vocational and professional education institutions is open. Applicants will submit applications for admission through these offices.
This was reported by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
To create an account, you need:
- e-mail to which you have access (to be used as a login);
- an invented password;
- series and number of the document on education (basis for admission);
- data of the NMT certificate or examination sheet (EMI/EFCI/EVI): number, PIN code and year of receipt;
- in the absence of a certificate – data of an identity document or RNOKPP (identification code).
After entering the information, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. You need to click on it within 15 minutes – otherwise, you will have to start the registration all over again.
Important:
- Registration will last until October 20, 2025.
- The system may be overloaded in the first days due to a large influx of users.
- If you have created an account in previous years, you need to register a new one, as old accounts have been canceled.
After activation in your account, you need to:
- add contact numbers;
- upload a photo (not a selfie, up to 1 MB in size);
- if necessary, add additional certificates or documents on education.
