Murder of a Ukrainian woman in the United States: the attacker explained the reason for the attack

Decarlos Brown, who is accused of the brutal murder of Ukrainian refugee Irina Zarutskaya, has for the first time named the reason for his attack. According to the attacker, he believed that the girl “read his mind” through “implanted materials in her brain.” This was reported by the Daily Mail.
Brown’s shocking testimony was reported by his sister, 33-year-old Tracy Brown, who provided a recording of a telephone conversation with her brother. The conversation took place six days after his arrest.
“I didn’t even know this woman. I’ve never spoken to her, not one word. It’s scary, isn’t it? Why would someone attack someone for no reason?” the defendant said.
He added that he had injured his arm during the attack and explained that he was on his way to the hospital to “get rid of the foreign material” that was allegedly controlling his brain.
Tracey Brown is convinced that her brother should not be free. She recalled that DeCarlos had been treated for schizophrenia several times, but each time he was discharged after a day or accused of abusing the 911 emergency call system.
“He needs constant help, otherwise the tragedy is unavoidable,” the sister said.
Currently, U.S. law enforcement officials are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the murder, which has caused a wide response both in the United States and in Ukraine.
