Vance accuses Russia of refusing to negotiate on Ukraine

In recent weeks, Russia has allegedly refused to participate in bilateral meetings with representatives of Ukraine, as well as in talks with US President Donald Trump. This was announced by US Vice President J.D. Vance in an interview with Fox News, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to the politician, Washington is still committed to reaching a truce, but “it takes two to tango.” After that, Vance accused Russia of refusing to participate in negotiations to resolve the war in Ukraine.
“They have also refused to have any trilateral meetings where the president or any other representative of the administration could sit down with the Russians and Ukrainians,” the vice president said.
