The expert told what types of meat can make you gain weight

If a person is trying to lose weight, they should limit their pork consumption, as it contains a lot of fat and very little protein. This was stated by fitness trainer Artem Doruchenko in an interview with the "Komersant Ukrainian" YouTube channel.
“Unfortunately, we are used to pork being the standard meat product on our table. But pork is an extremely small amount of protein, but there is too much fat,” Doruchenko said.
He also spoke about the benefits of protein products in the process of losing weight.
According to him, it is protein that gives a long-lasting feeling of satiety, helps control appetite and maintain muscle mass while reducing calorie intake.
“If you eat enough protein, you lose your cravings for sweets, and your skin and hair condition improves. And your mood,” he said.
