Kickbacks on drones and RBM: what is known about the scheme involving MP Kuznetsov?

The NABU and the SAPO exposed large-scale corruption in the procurement of drones and electronic warfare equipment. In particular, contracts were concluded at deliberately inflated prices.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Facebook page of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
“Today, a number of measures have been taken to expose the persons involved in the commission of a corruption crime,” the statement said.
According to the SAPO, the current MP of Ukraine, heads of district and city military civilian administrations, as well as members of the National Guard were caught taking bribes.
According to RBK-Ukraine‘s sources, it was MP Oleksiy Kuznetsov.
“The essence of the scheme was to conclude state contracts with supplier companies at deliberately inflated prices – up to 30% of the contract amount was returned to the participants in the crime in the form of illegal benefits,” the prosecutor’s office explained.
As of now, 4 people have been detained under Article 208 of the CPC of Ukraine.
