Power cuts: how the schedules will work on 14 June

Today, 14 June, stabilisation schedules for power cuts will be in place in Ukraine. Preliminary, Ukrainians will be without electricity for only a few hours today. This was reported by NPC Ukrenergo and DTEK.

Today, electricity consumption limits will be imposed across the country. The power supply to critical infrastructure and enterprises that import 80% of electricity for their needs will not be restricted.

“Throughout Ukraine, regional power distribution companies will apply hourly blackout schedules from 18:00 to 22:00,”

– ukrenergo said in a statement.

DTEK informs that today the stabilisation outage schedules will be applied in Kyiv, Kyiv, Donetsk, Odesa and Dnipro regions from 18:00 to 22:00.

Russia has destroyed half of Ukraine’s energy capacity. The situation has not yet been stabilised due to constant new shelling. Starting from Saturday, 8 June, a new procedure for applying hourly blackout schedules was introduced in a test mode.
