New rules for business: the list of documents for inspections by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection has been updated

Today, on September 19, 2025, Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 352 came into force, which approved a new list of documents and information to be submitted to the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection for the implementation of the relevant official control measure. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the State Customs Service.
The Customs Service reminds that from this day on, businesses should be guided by the updated rules when the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection conducts phytosanitary control, veterinary and sanitary control and control over compliance with legislation on food, feed, animal by-products, animal health and welfare in relation to goods imported into the customs territory of Ukraine.
Accordingly, the previous order of the Ministry of Finance No. 657 of 2016, which regulated the submission of documents for state control, is no longer valid.
The new list simplifies and unifies the process: it clearly defines what documents and data are required for inspections, which will allow entrepreneurs to better prepare for official control and speed up the relevant procedures.
