“Vova’s Thousand” has become the most massive online service in the world – Fedorov

On December 1, more than 2.5 million applications for UAH 1,000 were registered, which the government calls the “winter e-Support program.” This was announced on Telegram by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, reports "Komersant Ukrainian"
“2,500,000 applications for Winter eSupport per day. This is an absolute record for digital services. Undoubtedly, it has become the most massive online service in the world,”
– the Minister is sure.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation has already conducted a superficial analysis of the applications submitted and found the following data:
- more than 551,000 applications are related to child benefits;
- 64% of applications were submitted by women, 36% by men;
- the average age of applicants is 30-40 years old.
According to Fedorov, it takes a few seconds to complete an application in Diia. He also claims that the system has coped with a huge workload and is working without fail.

How to get a thousand hryvnias from Zelensky through Diia
In the Diia app, the option “Get 1000” to the National Cashback card will appear, and after using it, the money will be credited to the account.
Those who have already issued a National Cashback card and receive payments under this program do not need to do anything else.
Those who do not yet have a National Cashback card should take the following steps
- open a special account in your account – this can be done at a branch or through the application
- receive a virtual or physical card;
- give the bank permission to transfer information about transfers from selected cards;
- update the Diia app, select the National Cashback service, and specify the number of the issued card.
When the program is launched, the “Get 1000” option will appear in Diia, and after using it, the money will be credited to the account.
However, one thousand hryvnias from Zelenskyi will be available not only through Diia.
