Tetiana Dyadechko makes craft cheese, created the first Cheese School in Ukraine, co-owns a small cheese factory in the Alpine mountains and is an ambassador of Ukrainian cottage cheese in the United States. During the informational and motivational event “MamaBrand” held by Kommersant Ukrainian , the businesswoman gave young entrepreneurs advice on how to start their own business.

According to Tatyana Dyadechko, if you have an idea for your own business and you are constantly thinking about it, you are ready. The main thing is that the idea should be environmentally friendly both for you and for others.

“If you have an idea, you live with it, you think about it, it means you are mature and ready to implement it! Do it, and you’ll figure it out! The only thing is to think about three questions: what will it bring me, will it harm others, and how will it affect the universe in general,”

– she said.

According to Tetiana Dyadechko, one should also not be afraid to ask for help.

“Don’t be afraid to ask for help, even if you are rejected. It means that it is not this person who should help you on your way, but someone else. Asking for help is not about weakness, but about wisdom. Because people and our surroundings are very important, they are what we need to pay attention to,”

– she said.

The main thing is to keep doing your job every day and believe in yourself:

“Do your job as well as you can do it. Everything is possible through the magic of small actions. Great things are done through daily hard work and belief in yourself.”
