How Ukrposhta Will Operate on Easter 2026: When You Can Pick Up Your Packages

7 April 14:28

The joint-stock company “Ukrposhta” has released its operating schedule for Easter. On the holiday, April 12, 2026, post offices across Ukraine will open at 12:00 p.m. Ukrposhta announced this on its Telegram channel, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"

At the same time, on the Saturday before the holiday and on the Monday after Easter, post offices will operate as usual.

According to Ukrposhta, the changes apply specifically to Sunday, April 12. On this day, customers will be able to use branch services starting at noon, i.e., 12:00 PM. All other days of the Easter period, including Saturday and Monday, remain unchanged in the schedule.

The company advises customers to check the specific operating hours of their branch before visiting. This can be done via the Ukrposhta 2.0 app or on the operator’s official website, where up-to-date information on operating hours across the country is published.

What this means for customers

For customers, this means that on Sunday morning, some of the usual postal services will be unavailable, so it is best to plan for receiving or sending packages, letters, or payments after 12:00 PM.

This is especially relevant for those expecting urgent deliveries during the holidays.

How Nova Poshta will operate on Easter

According to the company, the schedule for the Easter holidays is as follows:

  • April 11 — normal operating hours,
  • April 12 — reduced hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,
  • April 13 — regular schedule.

This means that, unlike last year, there will be no full day off on Easter in 2026: customers will be able to use the services, but during limited hours.

The company also recommends checking the operating hours of a specific branch in advance, as they may vary depending on the location and type of service point. You can do this on the official Nova Poshta website in the branch search section.
