What will be the weather like on January 4: weather forecast

On Sunday, January 4, cloudy weather with strong gusts of wind and ice is forecast for Ukraine.
This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.
According to weather forecasters, sleet and rain are expected in the south and east of the country, as well as in the central regions during the day. In some places, there may be sleet and ice.
In the rest of the country, no significant precipitation is expected, but ice will form on the roads (except in the southern regions) in some places.
Southwest and south winds at 7-12 m/s. In the southeastern regions, gusts of up to 15-20 m/s are possible in some places.
The air temperature at night will be up to 10 degrees below zero, in the Carpathians up to 13 degrees below zero. During the day, it is expected to be up to 5 degrees below zero. In the south and southeast, the temperature will range from 2 degrees Celsius to 3 degrees Celsius at night, up to 6 degrees Celsius during the day, and up to 9 degrees Celsius in the Crimea.
Weather in the Kyiv region and in Kyiv
On January 4, it will be cloudy and without precipitation in Kyiv region and the capital. In some places, icy conditions are expected on the roads of the region.
Southwest wind, 7-12 m/s. Temperature in the region: 5 to 10 degrees below zero at night, 0 to 5 degrees below zero during the day.
In Kyiv, it is expected to be up to 8 degrees below zero at night and 3 degrees below zero during the day.
