The law firm of Russian attorney Alexander Preditkevich — Lex Dixit—has been granted the status of official representative of the State Enterprise “Document” in Spain. This is confirmed by data from Spanish registries, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

The permanent representative of the branch of the state-owned enterprise “Document” in Spain is SERGEY ALEXEYEVICH KIRIYAK, as confirmed by Ukrainian registries.

Oleksandr Preditkevych’s name became known in the Ukrainian media in February.
At that time, in Madrid, he organized an event for the “reconstruction of Ukraine” titled the Global Forum “ Rebirth of Ukraine.”
It was a purely commercial event with sponsorship packages and financial contributions. At the same time, the forum used official Ukrainian symbols and positioned itself as an economic and entrepreneurial platform linked to the reconstruction of Ukraine, as reported by “European Truth.”
“…after appeals from members of the Ukrainian community to the Ukrainian Embassy in Spain, it was confirmed that no state support was provided for this event. Likewise, there was no permission to use the name, logos, or official state symbols of Ukraine in its promotion,” the publication reported.
Who is Oleksandr Preditkevych
Oleksandr Preditkevych is the president of the recently established Rotary Club Madrid Intercontinental Passport in Madrid.
He presents himself as a lawyer with nearly twenty years of professional experience and the founder of the law firm Lex Dixit.
At the same time, there are documented ties between him and Russian entities, as investigated by “EP”:
“In particular, Preditkevich is included in the official list of lawyers trained by Russian diplomatic structures in Spain, updated in 2024.
Additionally, his name appears in public awards granted in 2021 by the organization SORS (Union of Organizations of Russian Compatriots in Spain and Andorra), where he is explicitly listed as associated with the ‘Russian House in Alicante.’ And this affiliation is noted under his name in the certificate itself”

“Russian House in Alicante”
The organization “Russian House in Alicante,” with which Preditkevich has a public and documented connection, has been the subject of journalistic investigations in leading Spanish media outlets.
These reports detail the receipt of funding from the Russian fund Pravfond, which is subject to European Union sanctions as an instrument of Kremlin influence abroad.
“According to the published documents, the president of this organization, Alexander Chepurnoi, signed contracts and confirmations of receipt of funds after the EU sanctions had already taken effect,” the “EP” clarifies.
Preditkevich’s Position
Oleksandr Preditkevych denied his ties to Russia and claimed that he had been added to the Russian embassy’s list even before the full-scale invasion and allegedly demanded his removal, but this never happened.
Separately, he told “EP” that he works closely with the Ukrainian embassy and even wanted to obtain the status of “Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Murcia.”
