Ukraine’s jewelry industry set a record: revenue grew by one and a half times

The Ukrainian jewelry market is showing steady growth despite martial law. According to YouControl, in 2024, the revenue of enterprises in the industry exceeded UAH 1.23 billion, which is one and a half times more than a year earlier, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
This market in Ukraine is quite extensive, with a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as several large players.
According to YC.Market, 622 legal entities and 855 individual entrepreneurs have the main type of economic activity 32.12 “Manufacture of jewelry and similar products”. Most of them are concentrated in the capital.
In 2024, the revenue of manufacturers of jewelry and similar products increased by 1.5 times compared to 2023.
The ownership structure of 71 companies includes individuals and/or legal entities from 25 countries.

Most companies have co-owners from Turkey (8), Uzbekistan (8), Israel (7), Russia (7), and Moldova (5).
The largest number of sole proprietorships are registered in Kharkiv (125), Kyiv (108), and the capital (106). The place of registration for more than 32% of the surveyed legal entities is Kyiv (200). A significant number of companies are also registered in Kharkiv (79) and Vinnytsia (51) regions.
The average “age” of the jewelry business is 15 years, which indicates an established industry with experience and traditions.
The leader in terms of revenue was Geroldmeister LLC, which in 2024 received UAH 342.6 million. The company specializes in the production of awards and souvenirs and is actively involved in public procurement.
