On the night of September 2 , Russian drones attacked Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region. The strike killed a guard at a garage cooperative and damaged dozens of infrastructure facilities. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv regional military administration Mykola Kalashnyk on his Telegram channel, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“Another night attack by enemy drones on the Kyiv region. A peaceful city, Bila Tserkva, is under attack. Unfortunately, one person was killed. It was a man born in 1960. His body was found while extinguishing a fire in a garage cooperative where he worked as a security guard,” noted Kalashnyk.
According to him, the shelling smashed windows in nine multi-storey buildings, damaged two private houses and the roof of a local school.
29 garages and 6 cars were destroyed, another 11 garages and 8 cars were damaged. Rescuers extinguished the fires on the territory of a garage cooperative, trade and manufacturing enterprises.
“Together with local authorities and partners, we are already working to help people whose property was damaged. Operational services continue to work on fixing and eliminating the consequences of the enemy attack,” added the head of the JFO.
