The end of the war in Ukraine: Kuleba tells what will bring it closer

Ukraine can stop Russia’s “creeping offensive” in Donbas, but two conditions must be met. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this in an interview with the LRT media outlet, reports [Kommersant].
A journalist who spoke to the Ukrainian head of the ministry noted that Russia continues to advance and occupy Ukrainian territories. At the same time, members of the Ukrainian Armed Forces report that the situation has not changed, although Western military aid is arriving at the front. And in order to stop the Russian offensive, Ukraine needs ten times as many people, ammunition and everything else it is currently receiving.
To this, Dmytro Kuleba responded as follows:
“It is possible to change this trend, but it is very difficult. It consists of many components and many decisions to be made. Some of them depend on us, and we make these decisions. Some decisions are left to our partners, and they also tend to understand that these decisions need to be made,” the Ukrainian Foreign Minister said.
According to Kuleba, the first step should be to allow the use of Western weapons outside Ukraine against Russian military targets. This should be accompanied by the destruction of Russian bombers and increased supplies of ammunition.
Solution number one
According to the Foreign Minister, Russian bombers are a real pain point for the Ukrainian Army. The guided bombs, which allow the enemy to move deeper into the country, destroy and kill on a large scale, and sometimes simply level positions to the ground.
“So as soon as we manage to eliminate the threat of aerial bombs, our ground positions will be strengthened and it will be very difficult for Russia to move forward,” said Kuleba.
Solution number two
The second solution to stop Russia is to increase the supply of ammunition. If the Ukrainian Armed Forces are protected from Russian-controlled bombs, if the military has enough artillery and ammunition to destroy moving Russian columns and units, it will be a huge investment in changing the situation on the battlefield.
“Artillery shells are coming, but there should be more of them, they should be delivered faster. As for the solutions that will allow us to destroy Russian bombers, they are already being prepared. I am confident that these decisions will be made. It is only a matter of time,” the Ukrainian Foreign Minister concluded.
