President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a telephone conversation with his Turkish counterpart Recep Erdogan: the leaders discussed the possibility of organizing a meeting at the level of the leaders of Ukraine, the United States, Russia and Turkey. Zelensky wrote about this in Telegram, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
“We discussed a possible next meeting in Istanbul and under what conditions Ukraine is ready to take part in it. We both see that this meeting cannot and should not be empty. We also discussed the possibility of organizing a quadripartite meeting at the level of the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and the United States,” he said.
Zelenskyy and Erdogan also discussed the first talks in Istanbul.
“The exchange of prisoners is its important achievement, but, unfortunately, the only one. There must be a ceasefire to continue moving towards peace. We must stop killing people,” the President added.
The leaders also discussed Turkey’s participation in the Ukraine-Southeast Europe Summit.

As a reminder, the “peace” talks in Istanbul ended in nothing after Russia voiced its demand that four Ukrainian regions be transferred to it in full, otherwise the next time it will be about 5 or 6 regions.
During Putin’s phone conversation with Trump, the Russian leader promised the US president to prepare his proposals for a memorandum of intent to cease fire, but so far Russia has not even done that. Instead, after the latest shelling of Kyiv, Trump has been speaking more harshly about Putin. He has even threatened Russia with “big problems” if it does not move toward a ceasefire.
