Zelensky promises new strikes against Russia

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with the military command to plan Ukraine’s response to Russian attacks. He said this during his evening address, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
According to him, today there was a meeting with Chief of the Army Oleksandr Syrskyi, Chief of the General Staff Andriy Hnatov, and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
“We discussed the planning of our actions, our readiness to respond to Russian strikes and threats, as well as to act preventively, and this means increasing our production of drones and missiles,” the President emphasized.
According to him, hundreds of Ukrainian companies “are already delivering results for the Defense Forces of Ukraine, and there will be more – I am sure of it.”
“In the near future, we are preparing new agreements with our partners in Europe to invest in Ukrainian production. First and foremost, the production of unmanned and long-range elements – everything that allows us to control the situation at the front, allows us to save the lives of our soldiers and act – to act at a considerable distance,” Zelenskyy emphasized.
He added that it is not possible to talk publicly about existing plans and opportunities.
“But the prospect is clear: to mirror all Russian threats and challenges. They there, in Russia, must clearly feel the consequences of what they do against Ukraine. And they will. Strike drones, interceptors, cruise missiles, Ukrainian ballistics are key elements. We have to produce everything,” the Head of State summarized.
