Zelensky promises “response” for Russia’s attack on Sumy: video

Ukraine will respond to Russian occupiers who kill Ukrainians in peaceful cities. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his evening address, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“We have something to respond to such attacks, and we will not leave the bastards who kill our people alone on this land. We have every right to do so, it is absolutely fair to respond to the murderers as they deserve,” the head of state said.
Zelenskyy emphasized that Russia needs to come to terms with the idea that Ukraine’s forces are inevitable.
“Russia must come to terms with the idea of the inevitability of Ukraine’s strength, and a real lasting peace can be achieved when reality forces Russia to come to terms with our capabilities. Our drones, Ukrainian missiles, our artillery, Ukrainian shells, our equipment – everything that Ukraine produces will defend Ukraine, the lives of our people, our state,” the President noted.
He added that today he had conferred state awards on defense industry employees. Their professional day was April 13, the day of the Russian attack on Sumy.
Zelenskyy also thanked more than 300,000 Ukrainians who work at defense companies.
