Zelensky to appoint Kyslytsia first deputy head of the Presidential Office

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that Serhiy Kyslytsia will become the first deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine to Kyrylo Budanov.

The President announced this on Telegram.

“Sergiy Kyslytsya will be appointed First Deputy Head of the Presidential Office. Of course, he will continue to work in the negotiation process,” Zelensky said.

According to the president, the main focus of Kyslytsia’s work will be to ensure communication with partners at the highest level, develop bilateral work and synchronize with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Sergiy Kyslytsya is a Ukrainian diplomat. First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (since February 2025), Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations (from February 2020 to December 2024), Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (from March 2014 to February 2020).

on January 2, President Zelenskyy appointed Kyrylo Budanov to the position of Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
