The magnetic storm began a day earlier than expected. According to experts, increased geomagnetic activity will be observed today and tomorrow due to a coronal mass ejection on the Sun.
At night, against the backdrop of geomagnetic disturbances, the brightness of the aurora borealis has increased significantly.
Geomagnetic storms are a natural cosmic phenomenon, but they can affect the operation of technology and people’s well-being. In particular, short-term disruptions in the operation of GPS, radio communications, and satellite systems are possible.
During periods of increased activity, weather-sensitive people may experience headaches, fatigue, irritability, sleep disturbances, and general discomfort.
To reduce the possible impact, it is recommended to spend more time outdoors, maintain a stable sleep schedule, drink more water, and avoid alcohol and fatty foods. If you do not have vascular problems, you can also take a contrast shower.
