To celebrate Mother’s Day, [comersant ] held a motivational event called “MamaBrand”.
A yoga trainer, a producer of craft cheese, the founder of a well-known Ukrainian clothing brand, the owner of an event agency, a lawyer, an actress of the Mamahihotala show, the founder of the Shovkovo brand, and the artist and creative director of Salateira – the 7 women who are the project’s heroes – shared their secrets of success in both life and business.
The heroines are united by self-confidence and openness to the world.

Olga Prosyanyuk, Managing Partner at AVER LEX Law Firm, told the story of how a childhood dream can become a motivator for success.

“Third grade, labour lesson. You remember that teachers always ask us what we want to become when we grow up. So, I said back then that I would be the most famous lawyer in Ukraine. The teacher was shocked, even asked where I had heard the word lawyer and suggested that I change my plans. But no. Since childhood, I have decided my future and confidently walked towards my dream!”
– says Olga Prosyanyuk.

In turn, Tetiana Dyadechko, who makes craft cheese, stressed that her driving force is the faith of her friends!

“I held the first tastings of my cheese for my friends. And they were very supportive, saying wow, how can you do this at home in the kitchen? It was very motivating. I am very grateful to my friends for what I have now.”
– tatiana Dyadechko shares her story.

Anna Gres, actress of the show Mamakhihotala and founder of the Shovkovo brand, believes that it is better to do something than nothing.

“Even if you do something, you may not succeed, but you will know that you failed. And you will stop thinking about it. It’s better to do something than nothing!”
– anna Gres believes.

Iryna Dobrutska, artist and creative director of Salateira, believes that the feeling of fear should not stop people from realising their dreams.

“How did I lose my fear? I experimented all the time, I was not afraid to start all over again after all the crises, for example, the crisis in 2008. I realised one thing – you can survive, the main thing is to get through everything emotionally, work through it and continue doing your job,”
– said Iryna Dobrutska.

In her turn, Victoria Adamska, founder of the well-known Ukrainian clothing brand Vika Adamska , shared her success in combining motherhood and business.

“There is a myth that you are either a mother or a businesswoman, as if it is impossible to combine. So, I want to say that absolutely everything can be combined. With the advent of children, a woman gains new superpowers!”
– says Vika Adamska.

Meanwhile, yoga trainer Yana Korotieieva insists that money is not the most important thing for promoting her brand.

“My online business started developing by itself, I didn’t make any material investments. I want to say that if you want to start an Instagram page or another social network, just do it! People follow me by the thousands just for the interesting content,”
– emphasised Yana Korotieieva.

Anna Yakovleva, founder and owner of the well-known event organisation agency Kiwi Party, spoke about whether it is possible to become popular and make your business recognisable by participating in the show.

“For the first 6 months of the great war, our team was engaged exclusively in volunteering. But we were running out of money, people had to be paid salaries, the rent for the premises also returned… And we started to move a little bit. And then I was offered to star in the Supermom project and agreed to talk about the charity and my business. I’ll tell you how it ended up later,”
– anna Yakovleva shared her story.
