Journalist Denys Bihus mobilized to the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Denys Bihus, a well-known journalist and author of the YouTube channel Bihus Info, has announced that he has been mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He said this in a video message, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
According to Bigus, he was made “an offer that he could not refuse” in the Vinnytsia military training center, reminding that he had already served two years.
“After my discharge, I was absolutely convinced that I would be mobilized in a few months and treated civilian life as an unscheduled vacation, filling it with military tasks as much as possible, occasionally being surprised. So I was mobilized. I never had any armor,” he said.
He emphasized that the Bihus.Info editorial board will continue to work even without his direct participation.
Bigus joined the Armed Forces at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. During his service, he worked as a UAV operator, adjusted artillery, and conducted reconnaissance for the SBU’s SIGINT and GUR units.
Bigus retired from the Patrol Police at the end of 2023.
