Colluding at the tender: which companies were fined by the AMCU

Several Ukrainian companies have received fines totalling more than UAH 2.6 million for bid rigging. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to a post on the Facebook page of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).
The Temporary Administrative Board of the AMCU recognised as a violation of the legislation on the protection of economic competition the actions of Hidne Zhytlo LLC and Lissa Studio LLC, which participated in the auction for the lease of state real estate in Kyiv. The auction was conducted by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
As a result, the defendants must pay a fine of UAH 444,635.
It should be noted that the legal entity LISSA STUDIO LLC was registered on 28 September 2021. The authorised person is Mykhailo Dzivitskyi. The company is engaged in the field of hotels and similar temporary accommodation.
The legal entity GIDNE ZHYTLO LLC, EDRPOU code 44503392, was registered on 30.12.2021. The authorised capital of the legal entity is UAH 1 million 500 thousand.
The Law on the Protection of Economic Competition was also violated by MAISTERIA UKRAINE- RESTORATION LLC and Comfortbudinvest LLC. According to the results of the audit, they committed anticompetitive concerted actions. In this way, they distorted the results of 11 tenders for the procurement of reconstruction and construction services.
Now the companies have to pay fines of UAH 2 million 214 thousand 418.
