The Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces have struck again at the Unecha oil pumping station, which is one of the main hubs of the Druzhba oil pipeline. As a result of the attack, a large-scale fire broke out at the facility. This was reported by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Robert Brovdi (call sign “Magyar”), "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“The sting was delivered to the worms by the UAV Birds of the 14th Regiment of the Unmanned Systems Forces. The SBS Birds’ journey through the wormy refineries continues,” he said and posted a video of the fire.
The Unecha station is an important link in the Druzhba transportation system, which is managed by the Russian holding AK Transnefteprodukt and is used to pump oil through the international pipeline network.
The Druzhba pipeline is about 8,900 kilometers long and passes through the territories of several countries, crossing more than 40 rivers.
As a reminder, on the night of August 13, the Armed Forces of Ukraine already attacked this station. At the time, it was reported that oil transportation through the pipeline had been suspended for an indefinite period.
