Winter support can now be paid at ATB: full list of chains

Ukraine has expanded the list of retail chains where customers can pay using funds from the Winter Support and National Cashback government programs. Four more large retailers have joined the program, giving Ukrainians more opportunities to buy domestically produced products. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Which chains now accept “Winter Support”
From now on, you can pay with the programs’ funds in the following stores:
- ATB;
- Tavria V (the chain includes Kosmos delicatessen markets and Pure supermarkets);
- Dyvotsin;
- LOTOK.
According to the ministry, a total of almost 1,650 stores across Ukraine have been added.
“From now on, Ukrainian-made food products (except for excise goods) can be purchased in these chains using ‘Winter Support’ and ‘National Cashback’ funds,” the ministry said.
Which other chains will join
The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine also announced that the following chains will soon join the program:
- Epicenter;
- Rukavychka.
Important deadline: when can the funds be spent
The ministry reminded that the 1,000 hryvnia “Winter Support” must be used by June 30, 2026. If the funds are not spent on time, the unused amount will be returned to the state budget.
Where Ukrainians are already using the program
Since December 11, Ukrainians have been able to purchase Ukrainian-made food products (except for excise goods) using funds from the “Winter Support” and “National Cashback” programs in more than 1,160 stores of the Fozzy Group chain, which includes:
- Silpo,
- For,
- THRASH! TRASH!,
- Fozzy,
- the Blyzenko chain.
In addition, on November 22, Ukraine updated the list of goods and services on which it is permitted to spend National Cashback funds.
The changes were implemented to synchronize the program with “Winter Support.”
