Ukrainian anti-drone pistol officially approved for use in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has codified and authorized for use in the Armed Forces a means of countering enemy drones — the Ukrainian anti-drone gun. This was reported by the press service of the ministry, «Коммерсант Украинский» reports.
The anti-dronegun is an individual electronic defense device that creates electromagnetic interference, blocking the control and video transmission channels of enemy drones.
The device is compact in size, weighs just over 1 kg and is made in a monolithic form factor, which makes it convenient for use directly on the front line.
The Main Directorate for Weapons Life Cycle Support noted that the device will enhance the military’s ability to combat reconnaissance drones and kamikaze drones.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense also approved other domestic developments for use in the Armed Forces, including the White Wolf strike UAV and the REBOFF Predator drone, which is resistant to electronic warfare.
