Alfa Bank, SberBank and the Central Bank: Ukrainian intelligence attacked Russian banks

Cyber specialists from the GUR attacked the Central Bank of Russia and several other banks popular with Russians. This was reported by [Kommersant] with reference to the Times of Ukraine.
The media outlet reported that it had received information about the cyberattack on Russian financial institutions from its sources in the Main Intelligence Directorate.
The Central Bank’s services are either malfunctioning or not working at all. Russians are also experiencing problems with Zenit and Gazprombank banks, as well as telecoms and internet providers. MTS customers have been complaining about outages for three days.
In addition, VTB Bank, Alfa Bank, Sberbank, Raiffeisen Bank, RSXB Bank, Rosbank, Gazprombank, T-Bank, iBank, Dom.rf Bank, and the Internet have been affected
