The Deposit Guarantee Fund sells a pool of assets of seven failed banks

The Deposit Guarantee Fund is putting up for sale a cross-sectoral pool of assets of seven banks at a starting price of UAH 48 million. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the press service of the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
“The pool includes the assets of JSC MR Bank, JSC Megabank, PJSC Prominvestbank, JSC Bank Forward, JSC Bank Sich, JSC Concorde Bank and JSC Ukrbudinvestbank, which are being liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund,” the statement said,

The cross-sectoral pool includes assets used by the debtors to carry out various types of economic activities.
The lot includes claims and property rights under loan agreements concluded with business entities and individuals, accounts receivable and property rights under accounts receivable.
Residential and commercial real estate, land plots, equipment, goods, vehicles, financial guarantees, etc. were pledged to secure the fulfilment of obligations to banks.
The collateral includes
- a dried fruit workshop with a total area of 696.36 sq m located in Rakhiv district, Zakarpattia region;
- a complex of buildings and structures (35 units) in Dnipropetrovska oblast with a total area of 6,673.7 sq m, located on the land plot with the registration number 1221486200:04:405:0001 with an area of over 3.9 ha
- an office reconstructed from own non-residential premises with a total area of 70.7 sq m located in Uzhhorod, Zakarpattia region;
- a residential building with a total area of 473.1 sq m (living area – 158.6 sq m) located in Khmelnytskyi;
- a land plot of 0.1 hectares, intended for the construction and maintenance of a residential building, outbuildings and structures (a personal plot), located in Khmelnytskyi, etc.
The auction will be held via Prozorro.Sale on 3 July 2024. The starting price of the lot is UAH 48 million.
The auction will be held according to the Dutch auction model. Both legal entities and individuals can participate in the auction, except for the Russian Federation or persons associated with the aggressor state.
