Guarantee Fund puts up for auction assets of 7 banks for over UAH 105 million

This week, the Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) will sell the assets of seven banks in liquidation. The total starting price of the lots exceeds UAH 105 million. This was reported by the press service of the Fund, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs
The auction will be held in the Prozorro.Sale system from September 15 to 19.
What is up for auction
The auction will include:
- uAH 74.2 million – real estate, land plots, cars and other fixed assets;
- uAH 30.6 million – loan claims;
- uAH 60 thousand – accounts receivable;
- uAH 50 thousand – securities.
Thus, the lion’s share of the auction was real estate and bank property.
Banks and their assets
The following banks are scheduled to sell their assets during the week:
- Cominvestbank – UAH 49.9 million (UAH 26 million for real estate and fixed assets, UAH 23.8 million for loans).
- Prominvestbank – UAH 24.5 million (UAH 23.5 million – real estate, UAH 1 million – loans).
- Ayboks Bank – UAH 13.8 million (UAH 13.4 million – real estate, UAH 0.3 million – loans, UAH 0.06 million – receivables).
- Ukrbudinvestbank – UAH 8.2 million (real estate and land plots).
- MR Bank – UAH 5.6 million (UAH 3.3 million – loans, UAH 2.3 million – real estate).
- Megabank – UAH 2.2 million (UAH 1.5 million – loans, UAH 0.7 million – vehicles and fixed assets, UAH 0.05 million – securities).
- CSG Bank – UAH 0.7 million (UAH 0.6 million – loans, UAH 0.1 million – property and equipment).
Leaders in sales
Cominvestbank and Prominvestbank accounted for the largest volumes this week, accounting for almost three quarters of the total value of assets on sale.
