NABU and SBU conduct searches in the State Judicial Administration

NABU detectives and SBU officers are conducting searches at the State Judicial Administration. This is reported by the press service of the State Judicial Administration, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

The searches are being conducted to check the possible involvement of employees of the Information Technology Department of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in committing a criminal offence under Part 2 of Article 15 (attempted crime) and Part 5 of Article 191 (misappropriation, embezzlement or seizure of property through abuse of office) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine during tenders.

The SAS of Ukraine has declared zero tolerance for corruption and will do its utmost to assist law enforcement agencies in establishing the truth and bringing the perpetrators to justice.

“Officials of any rank and status must be punished for corruption offences,”

– the statement said.

The SJA reminded that in February 2024, following the results of disciplinary proceedings, the Director of the Information Technology Department was reprimanded in connection with misconduct under paragraphs 4, 5, 15 of Part 2 of Article 65 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”.
