PrivatBank warned about technical works: cards and terminals will not work

On the night of June 13-14, 2025, PrivatBank will carry out routine maintenance. Temporarily, payment card transactions, ATMs, self-service terminals and POS terminals of the bank will not work. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the press service of the financial institution.

PrivatBank announced that it will carry out scheduled technical work at the processing center on the night of June 13-14, 2025. The goal is to improve the reliability and security of the payment infrastructure.

From 00:05 to 6:30 am on June 14, payment card transactions will be temporarily unavailable. Also, ATMs, self-service terminals and POS terminals of the bank will not work during this period.

PrivatBank emphasizes that such works are usually carried out at night, when most customers do not carry out financial transactions. Customers are advised to make the necessary payments in advance or postpone them until the work is completed.

The Bank thanks for your understanding and apologizes for any inconvenience.
