Another 18 new transportation companies received the status of important for the economy: list

Ukraine has expanded the list of road transport companies that are important for the national economy in a special period. This was reported by the press service of Ukrtransbezpeka, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
on November 13, the Commission for the Determination of Such Enterprises decided to grant the appropriate status to 18 more transport companies that meet the criteria approved by Order No. 50 of the Ministry of Community, Territorial and Infrastructure Development.
Why it is necessary
Granting the status of a critical enterprise allows companies to continue operating even under martial law restrictions, ensuring logistical stability and continuity of transportation.
According to Ukrtransbezpeka, this decision is an important step to support the transportation industry, as the stable operation of logistics chains directly affects the economic security of the state.
Who was included in the new list
The list of companies that received the status of important for the economy includes:
- SPL Logistics LLC
- Truck Partners Ltd
- Marko Logistic LLC
- Mazur Trans LLC
- Sardonicus B LLC
- SPE “Sodruzhestvo”
- PE “Prykarpatbudtrans”
- Provantransinvest LLC
- Stransbud LLC
- JD Trans LLC
- MS Shostak Group LLC
- Susb-Trans LLC
- LLC “Lantukh Traans”
- PE “Kreminavtoservice”
- Imperiao Trans-Avito LLC
- Unas LLC
- Max Trans LTD LLC
- Primum-Trans LLC
As of today, 561 business entities have already received the status of important for the national economy in the field of road transport.
When reviewing applications, the Commission takes into account the changes introduced by the Order of the Ministry of Development No. 869, which entered into force on June 6, 2025.
How to obtain the status
An application for the status of a critical enterprise can be submitted online – through a personal account in the Unified Integrated Information System (UIS) of Ukrtranssafety.
