Strong winds and rains: weather forecast for March 11

Today, March 11, partly cloudy weather is forecast for Ukraine. It will rain in some regions. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.
Light rains are possible in the western regions, and significant rain is forecast in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia during the day. No significant precipitation is expected in the rest of the country. In the southern and southeastern regions, fog is possible in some places at night and in the morning, which may affect visibility on the roads.
The wind will be from the south and southwest at a speed of 7-12 m/s. In the Carpathians, as well as in some places in the western regions and Zhytomyr region, wind gusts of up to 15-20 m/s are expected, and in the highlands of the Carpathians – up to 25 m/s.
Temperatures will remain high for the beginning of spring. At night, the air will warm up to 1…6°C, while in the western regions the temperature will be higher – from 4 to 9°C. During the day, most regions of Ukraine are expected to warm up to 14…19°C.
The highest temperatures are forecast in the south of the country – up to 22°C, although on the Black and Azov Seas the temperature will be slightly lower, within 7…12°C.
