U.S. President Donald Trump has instructed Pentagon Chief Pete Hagel to allocate all available funds to pay salaries to military personnel.
The head of the White House said this on the Truth Social social network, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.

on October 1, the US government shut down as the Senate failed to approve the draft budget. The reason is the disagreement between Democrats and Republicans over healthcare funding. Thus, a shutdown began in the United States – the 22nd in the country’s history and the 4th under President Donald Trump.
on October 10, CNN reported that the US military will receive $1 million from a non-profit organization to participate in the annual conference of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), which will be held next week. The channel’s source in the army called the situation strange, noting that officers receive money for the event while personnel are not paid due to the government shutdown.
