Shahed hit a high-rise building in Kharkiv: photos have appeared

During the Russian Shaheda attack on Kharkiv, one UAV hit a high-rise building. A fire broke out at the site of the hit. This was announced by the mayor of the city Igor Terekhov, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“Preliminarily, one of the drones hit a high-rise building in the Sloboda district. There is a fire at the scene,” the statement said.

It is noted that 22 people were evacuated from the damaged entrance of the high-rise building.

Currently, 18 people are known to be injured.

According to Terekhov, there is also preliminary information about a hit near one of the city’s medical facilities. The mayor noted that information about the wounded doctor, damage to the building and cars is being checked.

One of the hits occurred in the yard of a school in Sloboda district.

As a result of the nighttime UAV strike in Kharkiv, 32 people were injured, including two children. Slobidsky, Osnovyansky and Nemyshlyansky districts of the city were hit, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

He noted that the enemy sent 19 Geranium-2 UAVs to the city.

“32 people were injured, including a 9-year-old and a 13-year-old child and an 18-year-old girl. Six of the victims were hospitalized. Everyone is being provided with qualified medical care,” the official said.

He also said that 48 people, including three children, were evacuated from the smoky entrance of the high-rise building.

At least 10 civilian cars were damaged, as well as a nearby residential building. Garages and the roof of an office building caught fire. In addition, a supermarket sustained significant damage. The damage is still being cleaned up.
